Our mobile forming center fits comfortably into small workspaces and is easily navigated around the shop. A variety of tasks may be performed right at the work station and the well-planned design provides convenient storage for forming accessories. It includes a generous 32" throat English wheel, and the upper wheel and anvil can be turned 90° to shape larger parts, as needed.
The QuickShaper provides an effective way to quickly form custom shapes in aluminum & steel.

Features and Specifications:
- 32" English wheel ~ foot activated.
The upper portion of the QuickShaper is a 32" throat English wheel with 90 degree rotation feature for shaping larger parts and panels;
- Quick release cam mechanism on the upper anvil.
Benefit: when placed back into operating position, the original pressure setting is immediately reestablished for streamlined shaping and efficiency;
- 6 forming anvils standard for a well equipped English wheel. Anvils are CNC'ed & polished;
Anvil Dimensions:
Each anvil is 2" wide x 2-½" in diameter with pressed-in sealed bearings and a ½" steel axle. Anvils are individually numbered 0 - 5, indicating the amount of crown, as follows:
#0, Completely flat, no crown
#1, 3/4" contact area

#4, 1/4" contact area
#5, 1/8" contact area
Upper wheel:
The upper wheel is 2" wide x 4-1/2" in diameter. It also has pressed-in sealed bearings and a 1/2" steel axle. This upper wheel comes highly polished (nearly a mirror finish), which will produce parts with a beautiful surface.
Built for longevity and quality results:
Anvils are 8620 steel with deep case harden .015"-.020", 58-60 HRc
- Custom lower storage area for extra forming heads, tools and equipment. Storage area accommodates storage of up to six Fournier forming heads around the perimeter of the tray;
- Larger storage holes in upper tray to accommodate a variety of hammers & mallets of every size;
- NEW color scheme
Body is black with custom silver metal flake decal on both sides. The machine is accented with a QuickShaper logo.
2 part epoxy paint is used for durability & attractive finish.

THROAT DEPTH: a 32" throat English wheel with a 90 degree rotation feature for shaping larger parts and panels. Shape in the center of over 5' large projects!
Quality construction and precise alignment: Upper "C" portion is bolt-together construction of two, 3/8" thick steel plates, with a 1-1/2" thick solid steel backbone. Additionally the steel "backbone" is Blanchard ground for accuracy. This kind of structure results in a highly rigid body offering precise alignment, critical for English wheel work.
