We try to ship the cheapest way we can. Most of the time we use UPS but some parts are shipped by DHL or FEDEX. We do not ship for free unless stated on each part add. We will provide you with shipping info after order taken. We do not rip you off on shipping.

All orders will be shipped Fed Ex and all orders add $18.00.

All prices and shipping prices are in US dollars. (sorry) We add 18% to all orders for taxes, duties, and  fees for the provinces of NB, NL,NS,ON and LABRADOR 10% for all others. Sometimes I get soft on this and charge less if you’re a good customer. We will convert credit card charges  to US dollars when your account is charged. Please make out checks in U.S dollars. Make checks payable to “Mikes Bump and Grind”.

RETURNS

-We consider all sales final unless the part is defective or other than ordered.

A return is not accepted:        

  after 180 days from order date.  All returns most be in original cartons.

· Part must be in new condition as determined by us

· Part which has been attempted to be installed or was installed will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to check parts before installation.

· If installation was attempted by third party same rule applies as above

· Refunds will be made the same way you paid. Pay by check you get a check. Pay with card a refund will be issued on the card.

· On returns due to our error, your shipping costs will be returned based on UPS ground charges.

· Call us for return authorization on Truck Freight charges. If you don’t we will charge a 25% fee to restock and also the  freight charge to ship the part back to us. UPS ,USPS, FED-EX, DHL  authorizations are not necessary.

· All returns must include packing slip.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

We want all of our customers to be satisfied. We will try our best to not ship parts that are damaged or not complete. We inspect everything we send out. Anything we don’t feel is good enough we sell at a swap meet at discounted price. We sell aftermarket body panels and rust repair panels not OEM panels. Many are made in the USA and some are made overseas. We install these parts too so we appreciate good fitting parts and want our customers to have the same. Its aggravating when parts don’t fit correct. We try to buy from only reputable suppliers. If we send you a part and it doesn’t look like it will fit  call or email us. Remember that all parts do not fit like the one that came off  (aftermarket or oem) without some work. Heck if everything fit perfect anyone could do it. That’s why we call them body men  There are crappy oem parts and crappy aftermarket parts as well.

             We are committed to your complete satisfaction. Feel free to call us before you complain to everyone and kick the dog or cat. We are members of old car forums also, if we don’t live up to your expectations after complaining, go ahead and  give us heck.. You have my pledge that I will try my best.
